River’s Bend sits along the Little Miami River, and the neighborhood has its own private entrance to the Little Miami Scenic Trail at the bottom of Turning Point Lane. For a lot of buyers, this is the amenity that closes the deal.

The trail entrance from Turning Point Lane is maintained by the HOA as a common area, so residents can reach the path on foot or by bike without driving to a public trailhead or paying for parking.
