Who to contact

  • Management company: Towne Properties, 513-489-4059
  • Sportsplex manager: 513-494-1109
  • Resident portal: TownSq — registration is required for HOA and Sportsplex email notices, and multiple email addresses per household are supported
  • Assessments and billing: payments are made through the Towne Properties portal at towneproperties.com
  • Resale and status letters: ordered through HomeWiseDocs

Governing documents

Making exterior changes — the ARB

Any exterior change requires written approval from the Architectural Review Board before work begins. Applications are submitted through the TownSq portal. If you are planning a fence, deck, pool, addition, paint change or landscaping project, budget time for the review.

Everyday resident questions

  • Key fobs: maximum of two per household; fees apply for extras and replacements. A fob will not work if Sportsplex fees are outstanding.
  • Vacant lots: the lot owner is responsible for maintenance; the HOA monitors them.
  • Street light out: Duke Energy lights can be reported through Duke’s repair request form. Association-owned lighting is handled on a quarterly inspection cycle.
  • Golf carts: Hamilton Township regulations took effect June 4, 2026 — see township inspection and rules.
  • Mailbox parts: mailbox information sheet (PDF).
  • Pavilion rental: reservation form (PDF).
