The court complex at the River’s Bend Sportsplex gives residents tennis, pickleball and basketball without leaving the neighborhood. All three are included with Sportsplex membership, which every River’s Bend, Vista Pointe and Fairways homeowner receives.
Current status
As of the HOA’s April 2026 update, the tennis, pickleball and basketball courts are open for play. A security system has been installed and activated on the tennis and pickleball courts, and residents use their existing Sportsplex key fob for access. The basketball court is newly built and open to Sportsplex members.
Seasonality
Nets on the tennis and pickleball courts come down for the winter the week after Thanksgiving and go back up in the spring.
Getting access
- Court entry uses the same key fob as the fitness center — there is no separate card
- Households may hold up to two fobs; replacements and extras carry a fee
- If a fob stops working, unpaid Sportsplex fees are the most common cause; otherwise contact Towne Properties at 513-489-4059
